Tyreek Hill Posts Rehab Video, Says He Still Has ‘No Power’ in Left Leg

Tyreek Hill is still chasing his comeback, and he wants the NFL to know it. The free-agent wide receiver posted a new rehab video on Wednesday showing him working out at his South Florida home, ten months removed from the knee injury that ended his 2025 season.

In the social media post, Hill can be seen aqua jogging in a pool, sprinting on turf and jumping on a basketball court. He captioned the clip “10 months later… God is Good,” according to ESPN.

“I ain’t going to tell you what my timeline is, but timeline looking real good right now, man,” Hill said in the video.

Progress is progress, but Hill was careful not to oversell it. He admitted his surgically repaired leg still isn’t firing the way it used to.

“So it’s about 10 months after doing two surgeries,” Hill said. “My left leg is the one that I injured. I have no power in my left leg at all, so I’m trying to regain all the power back in my left leg. But it’s one day at a time.”

That kind of honesty has followed Hill throughout this recovery. He dislocated his knee and tore multiple ligaments, including his ACL, in a Week 4 game against the New York Jets on Sept. 29. He was hospitalized overnight and underwent surgery the next day. According to UPI, Hill later had a second procedure, an LCL surgery, in February.

The scope of the injury was serious enough that doctors couldn’t guarantee a full recovery.

“You know, they told me I might not be able to walk again, and the doctor is like, ‘Bro, we don’t know what’s going to happen with your future,’ and now look at me. God is good,” Hill said.

Why Hill Is Still a Free Agent

The Miami Dolphins released Hill in February, ending a four-year run in Miami that began after a blockbuster trade from Kansas City in 2022. That move made him a free agent for the first time in his career, and he’s remained unsigned through the offseason as his rehab continues.

His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said last month that the priority is getting Hill fully healthy before entertaining any landing spot, and Wednesday’s video lines up with that approach. A team-by-team pursuit doesn’t make sense for a player who still can’t generate power off his surgically repaired leg — explosiveness has always been the foundation of his game, and Hill knows that better than anyone.

Interest hasn’t disappeared, though. A source told UPI on Thursday that “a lot of interest” in Hill remains around the league, even with training camps opening and no clear timeline for his return.

What Comes Next

Posting a workout video as camps approach is a familiar move for players angling to stay on teams’ radars, and Hill’s timing wasn’t an accident. At 32, with no power yet in his push-off leg, an in-season return is far from guaranteed. But the tone of the video, and the caption that came with it, suggest a player who still sees himself getting back on the field in 2026.

Whether any team is willing to wait on that recovery is the open question. For now, Hill remains unsigned, rehabbing one day at a time.
