3. Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent. To be effective, a counter-notice must be a written communication that includes the following:

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, CGWall Media has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of contributors or users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
